About Vox Camerata Ltd
Vox Camerata Ltd is a Singapore-based arts non-profit that designs and delivers community-centred programmes through the performing arts and community engagement. Our work brings people together across cultural, social, and faith boundaries, creating spaces for dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
Founded in 2005 and incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee in 2022, Vox Camerata operates across four core pillars: Advocacy, Research, Learning, and Practice. Together, these pillars guide how we design programmes that are both artistically meaningful and socially grounded.
Under Advocacy, we produce festivals and public programmes that engage issues of social cohesion and intercultural understanding in Singapore. Key initiatives include Sojourners Festival and Musica Intimae: Intersections (2025), which bring together diverse communities through shared artistic and participatory experiences.
Our Research pillar ensures that all programmes are grounded in evidence-based approaches. We conduct interviews, focus group discussions, and field-based inquiry to better understand community needs, and to design interventions that are responsive, relevant, and impactful.
Through Learning, we organise lectures, workshops, seminars, and podcasts that support knowledge-building and dissemination. These platforms serve both the general public and arts practitioners, equipping them with frameworks and tools for community engagement through the arts.
Our Practice pillar focuses on developing cultural workers and arts leaders. We create laboratory platforms and training opportunities that allow practitioners to test ideas, refine methodologies, and build capacity in both artistic and administrative domains.
We work with a wide range of communities and partners, including non-profit organisations and faith groups such as the Bahá’í Assembly of Singapore. Our collaborative approach has engaged over 5,000 participants across programmes, fostering deeper understanding and stronger connections between communities.
What distinguishes Vox Camerata is our commitment to rigour. We combine artistic practice, community engagement, and structured research with intentional programme design, ensuring that our interventions are not only meaningful, but measurable and sustainable.
At our core, we believe that the arts and community engagement can be powerful tools for building more inclusive and cohesive societies. By creating spaces where people can encounter difference, listen deeply, and work together, we contribute to a more connected and resilient Singapore.
We invite individuals, communities, and partners to participate in our programmes and join us in shaping a more inclusive Singapore.
